The Society of St. Vincent de Paul
Founded in 1833, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a worldwide organization dedicated to serving neighbors in need. The National Council of the United States, Society of St. Vincent de Paul was established to organize and represent local St. Vincent de Paul Conferences and Councils among the global Society’s membership. Today, with nearly 100,000 members, the National Council provides resources, training, and spiritual development for Vincentians throughout 4,428 local Conferences and 500 Councils.
The St. Joseph Parish council has been active for over 50 years. The financial resources for the conference are provided by generous donations from our parishioners to help their neighbors.

· Food Items from the conference pantry and local stores.
· Financial Help with
o Rent
o Utilities (Gas/Electric/Water)
· Auto Gas Vouchers where applicable.
How To Contact Us:
· Please call the parish office M-F 8:30-4:30 at 419-885-5791. Please provide your name, contact phone number, address, type of assistance needed and the best time to contact you.
· The parish will provide this information to the St. Vincent DePaul outreach coordinator who will arrange for a case worker to call you back using the contact information you provided.
· The case worker will assess the needs based on family size and gather information such as utility account numbers, landlord information, amt owed etc. All information collected is confidential.
· If food assistance is requested a St. Vincent DePaul member will contact you regarding specific needs and delivery information.
